Studio furniture

Bought a flat file - cool one from Italy! Bought another stamp shelf, this time with slots for 12 x 12 paper. Cool. Bought a metal shelving unit - DH put together last night & I intend to move and fill up today. Bought a shop vac and started vaccuuming up all the little cobwebs and crud that have accumulated since I moved into the basement studio. Cool, cool, cool.

Flat Files

Today I'm trying to decide what flat file system to use to hold my paper. I have so much wonderful paper, that I don't want it to get "icky" dusty, dirty, wrinkled, etc. But... several things to consider: cost, size of the unit, weight of the unit, longevity of the unit. Oh my, too many things to consider. I'll post a pic of the unit that I purchase!

New blog

Okay, I don't need a blog, let alone two blogs. But.... I just couldn't resist. This new blog will be a place for me to talk about what's going on in the studio. I sure hope to expand the studio in the near future, to include classes & get togethers. I think it would be a fun place for friends to get together, have a cup of tea, and make cards or paintings or books or whatever. What do you think?
